Cambremer - Château des Bruyères

The refurbishment of the Château des Bruyères at Cambremer is a 600 m² GFA heritage scheme on which Belenis acted as quantity surveyor, on planning and site coordination and on construction management, alongside architect Bléas & Leroy for a private client. Refurbishing a château means working with the existing fabric and stringent heritage constraints, all while maintaining control of the budget. Our cost management and quantity surveying remit covered cost estimating and the preparation of technical specifications. On planning and site coordination we managed the sequencing, coordination and programming of the various trades, and as construction manager we directed the works on site. This threefold role ensured continuity between the cost estimate, the tendering of contractors and the running of the works. Delivered over 2025-2026, the scheme illustrates Belenis's ability to manage demanding refurbishment projects.
