Montrouge - Appolonis

At Montrouge, Belenis provided financial project management and procurement services for the Appolonis scheme, a 13,800 m² GFA mixed refurbishment for office and educational use, for Quartus with Architecturestudio. On an asset of this scale combining offices and teaching space, financial monitoring and the works procurement strategy are at the heart of a successful outcome. On financial project management, Belenis supported the client in setting the scheme's budget, bringing independent expertise on cost and value considerations. On the procurement side, our remit covered tender analysis, negotiation and support with the tendering and letting of works contracts, to secure the best value while firming up commitments. This dual role illustrates how our client-side project management and cost management expertise complement one another. Delivered over 2024-2025, the scheme is representative of Belenis's expertise on large office refurbishment in the inner Paris suburbs.
