At Neuilly-sur-Seine, Belenis is acting as quantity surveyor with support through the construction phase on an 11,700 m² GFA prime office refurbishment, with architect Franklin Azzi. On a high-specification office building of this scale, cost management and quantity surveying are a central lever for controlling whole-life cost, from design through to completion of the works. Our remit covered cost estimating at each design stage, the preparation of technical specifications and tender analysis, followed by support alongside the client during construction.
