Paris XV - B1

In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, Belenis acted as client-side project manager on the extension of laboratories (project B1) of 500 m² GFA, for Alice & Bob. Extending laboratory space brings specific technical constraints — continuity of operations, equipment requirements, integration with the existing building — that must be anticipated from the briefing stage. As client-side project manager, Belenis supported the client in setting out the brief, in the budget setting for the scheme and in running the project, keeping the technical objectives and the budget aligned. Our role as client-side project manager and quantity surveyor was to underpin the decisions, firm up the cost estimate and manage the costs of a technical scheme within a compact footprint. Delivered in 2024, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. A project representative of Belenis's support on scientific and industrial buildings, in Paris and across the Île-de-France region.
